If the result is not what was expected for reasons attributable to the clinic, we perform the procedure again at no cost. For life, with no time limit.

We state the condition openly rather than hiding it in small print. The guarantee covers our work. It does not cover hair loss caused by factors outside the procedure — poor blood circulation, ongoing androgenetic alopecia in untreated areas, genetic conditions or illness. No surgeon can guarantee against those, and any clinic that tells you otherwise is promising something it cannot deliver.

We also do not promise a specific result. Promising a guaranteed outcome in a medical procedure is prohibited advertising under Spanish law (RD 1907/1996), and we will not word it that way even though it would sell better.

Who actually performs your procedure

In a great many clinics the hair transplant is carried out by technicians, not by a doctor. This is the single question we suggest you ask any clinic before you book, ours included.

Dr. Merdan Çelik is a licensed physician (Tıp Doktoru), medical degree from Trakya University Faculty of Medicine, 1997, diploma no. 1816, Turkish medical registration no. 88616, and holder of the Turkish Ministry of Health certificate in aesthetic medicine no. 1111 (2005). He leads the procedure personally, and the clinic limits the schedule to a maximum of three patients per day so that this is possible rather than merely claimed.

To be exact about what we do not claim: he is not a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon, and the clinic holds no JCI, ISO or TÜV accreditation. We prefer you hear that from us.

What the price includes — and what it does not

€1,990 without flights · €2,390 with flights. The only difference between the two packages is the flights: everything else is identical.

Included: the procedure led by Dr. Çelik · Sapphire FUE or DHI · 3 nights at a Premium Boutique Hotel with breakfast · private airport–hotel–clinic transfers · Spanish- and English-speaking interpreter · post-operative medication · first wash and aftercare instructions · follow-up.

Not included: the DHI technique carries a supplement of €185 over either package. There are no other add-ons: the price you are quoted before travelling is the price you pay.

Sapphire FUE or DHI — the difference nobody explains

Sapphire FUE requires the head to be fully shaved. DHI does not shave the recipient area, which matters if you need to return to work immediately. Neither is better in the abstract: the right one depends on the number of grafts you need and the area being treated. That is what the free assessment is for.

Frequently asked questions

How many grafts will I need?

It depends on your Norwood stage and the area to be covered. Send photographs of the front, top and back of your head by WhatsApp and you will receive an estimate of grafts, the recommended technique and your exact price. There is no cost and no obligation.

When will I see the final result?

Between months 2 and 4 the transplanted hair falls out. This is called shock loss and it is a normal, expected phase, not a failure. Visible growth begins around months 4 to 6, the change is evident by months 8 to 10, and the definitive result is assessed at 12 to 18 months.

Is it safe to travel to Turkey for this?

The risk depends on who operates, not on the country. Under Turkish Law no. 1219, practising medicine and performing surgery require a medical degree. Ask any clinic for the surgeon’s registration number and check it. We publish ours above.

What if I am not a suitable candidate?

We will tell you. Some patients are better served by waiting or by medical treatment first, and operating on them would produce a poor result that neither of us wants.
