A user or customer is considered to be a consumer/user/client, the natural or legal person who purchases or undertakes to purchase the package. The information on the programme/offer contained in the brochure is binding for the organiser and the retailer. The booking of any of the trips included in this catalogue and those trips organised to order by the client implies full acceptance of these general conditions, which are automatically considered to be incorporated into the contract, without the need for their written transcription in the contract. Due to the early publication of the programme/brochure and the limited space available, any additional information and/or possible changes or modifications will be communicated to the client in the specific documentation for each trip, integrating the content of the contract. These General Conditions have priority over the programmes/brochures, due to the time in advance that they have to be drawn up.

Total price of the goods or services: All packages include a clearly indicated price, both on the package page itself and throughout the purchase process. The price will be the same regardless of the payment option chosen (payment in advance, payment of flights online and the rest in clinic, deferred payment, etc.).
Methods of payment: the user will select the desired payment method during the purchase process. Bank transfer or credit card payment is mainly offered.
Legal Guarantee: GIANNITTI & COOPERS S.L undertakes to provide its intermediation services with all the legal guarantees in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, (BOE 287, of 30 November 2007), and other provisions in force.
Right of withdrawal: Given that once the purchase has been made, flight and/or hotel reservations are generated, depending on the package, through third party suppliers that do not allow cancellation of the same, the user accepts on acquiring any of the packages that it is not possible to offer changes or refunds of the same, thus rejecting the right of withdrawal in accordance with article 103 of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
